helpful service convenient access easy transportation
Nadia provided helpful service. The hotel location offered convenient access to MBK shopping mall. The hotel's proximity to the BTS Skytrain National Stadium allows easy transportation. The hotel is managed by Mario, the general manager, who ensures guests are enjoying their time.
The pool area and bar need some inspiration.

The breakfast included fresh tropical fruit, Thai dishes, and international options. An excellent selection WAS there. It featured generous selections plus lovely offerings. The breakfast options included a wide variety of choices.

some issues .
loud air conditioning street traffic
the air conditioning was so loud. it made sleeping difficult. when i left my room, the air conditioning shut off, and the temperature increased so much. also, the hotel was very noisy at night. i was on the 23rd floor but could still hear street traffic.

attentive butler amazing view direct access
the location was just awesome! i booked the pathumwan suite king for three nights and it was so luxurious. plus, nadia, our butler, was super attentive to every need! the views from the 25th floor were totally amazing. and i was thrilled about direct access to shopping centers!
breakfast was a little hectic. the hotel is huge so it got really packed, especially if you don't go early. maybe next time i will just order room service to avoid the crowds. it's a minor thing. but it's good to know

generous selection extraordinary bathroom
The breakfast selection was quite generous, offering numerous options. The one bedroom premier suite I stayed in was unexpectedly large, especially the bathroom. GREAT service from khoun aor and khoun big in the club lounge, thank you for making breakfast and snack times wonderful.
The pool area and bar definitely need some new ideas, EVERYTHING felt outdated.
